Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your TinyTone purchase. This Return & Refund Policy explains when and how you can return a product bought through our online checkout.
1. Change of Mind Returns
If you change your mind, you may be able to return your product within 30 days of delivery, provided that:
The item is unused and in the same condition you received it.
It is in the original packaging, with all accessories and manuals included.
You have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

Order number
Details of the item(s) you wish to return
The reason for the return
We will provide instructions, including the return address and any return authorisation number if needed.
Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are usually your responsibility, unless we state otherwise or required by local law.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method (minus any non-refundable shipping charges, unless required otherwise by law).
Please allow a reasonable processing time for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.
2. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your product arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described:

as soon as possible, ideally within 7 days of delivery.
Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or videos if possible.
Depending on the situation and your local legal rights, we may:
Offer a replacement, repair, or
Provide a full refund.
In cases of faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, we will generally cover reasonable return shipping costs or provide a pre-paid return label, in line with our obligations under applicable law.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene/safety/ licensing reasons, or as permitted by law, some products may not be eligible for return once opened or used. Examples may include (adjust as needed):
Digital downloads or software once accessed or downloaded.
Items that are personalised or custom-made.
Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or unauthorised modifications.
We will indicate any non-returnable products clearly on the product page where possible.
4. Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible.
We may deduct any applicable shipping costs, customs duties, or fees that are non-refundable to us (unless required otherwise by law).
If a product is returned in a condition that does not meet our return requirements (e.g. used, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error), we may reduce the refund amount or decline the refund and send the item back to you.
5. Exchanges
Where stock is available, we may offer exchanges instead of refund (for example, replacing a faulty unit with a new one). If an exchange is not possible, we will offer a refund in accordance with this policy and applicable law.
6. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Return & Refund Policy affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws, including your rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods, or any mandatory cooling-off periods for online purchases where applicable.
If local law grants you additional rights (for example, a minimum refund period or mandatory repair/replacement options), those rights will apply.
