TinyTone Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with TinyTone. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.

1. Order processing times

Orders are usually processed within [2 business days] after payment is received.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

During busy periods (sales, holidays, new product launches), processing times may be slightly longer.
We’ll email you a confirmation once your order has been placed and another email when it has shipped.

Domestic: America & Australia

International: Selected countries worldwide
If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us at tinytoneaudio@proton.me and we’ll let you know if we can arrange shipping.

3. Shipping methods & delivery estimates
Delivery times are estimates only and begin once your order has been dispatched.
Example structure (adjust to match your couriers):

Standard Shipping (domestic):
Estimated delivery: 2-7 business days -
International Shipping:
Estimated delivery: 5-3,000 business days (may vary by country and customs processing)
Actual delivery times can be affected by factors outside our control (courier delays, weather, customs, etc.).

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

5. Customs, duties & taxes (international orders)
For orders shipped outside [your country, e.g. Russia]:

Your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and other fees charged by your local customs authority.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost at checkout and are the responsibility of the recipient.
We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing an order.

6. Incorrect addresses & failed deliveries
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal, or failure to collect, we may:

Offer to re-ship the order at your expense; or

Refund the order minus original shipping costs (if the items are returned to us in resellable condition).

If you notice a mistake in your address, contact us as soon as possible at [tinytoneaudio@proton.me]. We’ll do our best to help, but we can’t guarantee changes once an order has been processed.

7. Damaged, lost or missing items
Damaged on arrival
If your order arrives damaged:

Take clear photos of the packaging and the damaged item.

Contact us within 3 days of delivery at [tinytoneaudio@proton.me] with your order number and photos.
We’ll work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

Lost or missing shipments
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your parcel:

Check with household members, neighbours, or building management.

Contact the courier with your tracking number.

If you’re still unable to locate the package, contact us at [tinytoneaudio@proton.me] and we’ll help investigate.
Please note: We are not responsible for packages after they are marked as delivered by the courier, but we’ll do our best to assist.

9. Pre-orders & backorders
For pre-order or backordered items:

Estimated ship dates will be shown on the product page or at checkout.

Your entire order may ship together once all items are in stock, or we may split shipments at our discretion.
We’ll notify you if there are significant delays.

10. Public holidays & peak periods
Shipping and delivery may be delayed during:
